Refund policy

  • All sales are final. If damaged product while in transit, please contact Sweet Grace.

  • Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase, we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.

  • No returns on crochet wearables, certain yarns can stretch after they have been worn and for this reason items cannot be re sold.
  • No refunds on digital downloads.  All sales are final.
